Track preseason starts today!

The 2005 Cougar Track season for distance runners starts in room 812 today at 2:40pm. The team will start with study hall that lasts until 3:15 then they will start their training at 3:30. This week practices are optional but after Thanksgiving Break all distance runners not competing in another sport will be required to report. This is an opportunity to get a head start on the competition.
