Tri Meet at Mayde Creek

We will travel to Mayde Creek (pronounced MADE) on Friday. The course is a 3/4 mile course (accurate), flat and dirt. No hills with 8 turns. JV / V girls and freshman boys go first at 7pm, followed by the varsity and jv boys around 7:25pm. Freshman boys and all girls go 3 miles at 6:50-7:00 min and JV and Varsity go 4 miles at 5:55-6:00 min pace.
