Theus headlines Fort Bend Relays

HALL STADIUM - The Kempner boys had a few notable performances including a second place finish from senior Chis Pine in the 3200m run. Chris had to make up a lot of ground on the homestretch to nip at the tape a runner from Clear Creek. Senior Elijah Theus had a breakthrough performance in the 400m dash. Theus won the event with no one even close to him. He also ran second leg on the 4x400m relay and the 4x200m relay. Senior David Theile also posted a fifth place finish in the 300m Hurdles with a respectable 40.1. The district championships will begin next week and it looks like the cougs are ready.

Kempner to Host Fort Bend Relays

We are officially the host school of Fort Bend Relays even though the meet takes place at Hightower High School. Field events are scheduled to start at 3:30p and running events at 4:30p. For directions to the meet click on our new "Directions" link. >
