The earlier in the day, the closer your event will be to the scheduled time. So if you run Friday at 1:30pm or Saturday at 8:30am your race will probably be on time. The later it gets in the day the farther behind on the schedule they will be.

3:30pm Distance Medley Relay FINAL (Probably about an hour later than listed)
4:00pm 4x200m Relay Prelim (Top 16 Advance)
5:00pm Sprint Medley Relay FINAL

Saturday, March 22
8:30am 3000m Run FINAL (girls first then boys, I'm hoping this is actually a 3200m)
9:30am 200m Dash Prelim (Top 16 advance to final)
10:00am 4x100m Relay Prelims (Top 16 advance)
10:30am 4x800m Relay FINAL
2:40pm 4x200m Relay FINAL
5:00pm 4x100m Relay FINAL
7:30pm 1600m FINAL

Spring Break Workouts

We will workout Monday and Tuesday of Spring Break at 9am. Monday will be the LSI and Tuesday the Pace Intervals.
