TXRunning.com has set new elite standards for recognition on their site. Since the inception of the site these have been the cross country standards:

Boys: 16:00 5k
15:30 3 mile

Girls: 11:30 3200

The new standards are now:

Boys: 17:00 5k
16:30 3 miles

Girls: 12:30 3200

So Elizabeth's best time from last year would be considered elite this year and Amy is only a few seconds away. Boys need to dip into the 16s...
