Cougs race at the Woodlands

BEAR BRANCH PARK - Juniors Bernardo Palomera and Allen Livingston paced the boys varsity squad this week by crossing the line nearly simultaneously at 14:05. They were followed closely by sophomores Errol Hampton and Shalin Dalal in 14:46 and 14:48 respectively. Sophomore Juan Trujillo rounded out the top 5 finishing the course in 15:55.

Junior Elizabeth Westlake paced the Lady Cougars for the second week in a row with a 13:43 followed by senior Amy Machemehl in 13:47. Junior Brittany Moreno had another outstanding week as she tallied a 15:08. Closing out the varsity race were senior Tommi Higgins (15:57), junior Nicole Schinderle (15:58) and junior Nikki Gifford (15:59).
