Back in action...

Congratulations goes out to all the regional qualifiers: Carl Chatman in the 800m, Allen Livingston in the 3200m, Amy Machemehl in the 3200m, Zelda Abadom in the 800m. Vaness Emokpae in the high jump. Congratulations to the junior varsity boys' team who were district champions. Individual district champions were freshman Anthony Rychlik in the pole vault with a best jump of 11 feet, junior David Lynch in the long jump and triple jump, freshman Chris Mixon in the long jump, the JV 4x200m relay and everyone else who set personal records.

Summer training will start the first Monday of the summer for cross country and we will meet at the Kempner track. I will no longer neglect the website so check back for updates. I am finally getting caught up with life in general.
