It was a great night for all of Kempners' Cross Country and Track athletes and it really fired up the team for next year! All returning runners remember we start our summer base training on Monday, May 30th at 7am to begin preparing for our shot at a state championship. The boys need to win back the district team title and the girls are going for three in a row!
